well we went to skate the claremont skate park before the launch. its the crappest park ever, but because it sux its heaps of fun to cruise around in. the photo's dont look that good, but the bowl is actually pretty big.

last week i went to killa Kali aka kalgoorlie to visit my Mum and sisters.
while i was there I skated some of the og spots from back in the day.
I also spent a fair bit of time at the skate park with the locals. and they were RIPPIN!!! its good to see kal boys still holding it down.

I was a pile and could'nt get enough speed pumping around the park to fly out of the wedge bank so i stuck to the pad.

i took it back to 91 with this spot and my mob ass f/s flip.

i held a ghetto comp. a game of skate and best trick comp.
chris got second in the game of skate. this switch front foot impossible got him into the finals....

after a heated final. it was Connor who won the game of skate.( he's the one looking niggy fresh in the white t and cap)

this kid trecked it all the way up from coolgardie to go in the GMTA ghetto comp
he didnt win , but was ripping the park apart. he ollied over a curb cut to boardslide down the rail. here he gets raw on the bank

there was this dude named dan dan from brisbaine who was an absolute legend and was thrashing this bank with mach 10 front 5-0's and 5-0 to tailslides. he was petty much the only kal local that skated this bank. but for some reason there are photo's or clips on the camera.

on saturday I drove a a buch of crew down to Jurien Bay to do some demo's.
Nukkuh, the Ring and the amazing Genie were holding it down for GMTA and Alex and Potter were there getting physical for 4.
it was amazing times had by all. Banchong would be amped as we saw many filthy unit t's, stickers, and hats. rank. haha. needless to say we skated heaps, the locals were rulers, we went for a dip in an amazing ocean , and drunk beers and watched the Juirien annual rope coiling contest! it was messed up! people were living.

FREO FRIDAY NIGHT SKATE

this weeks friday night freo skate was pretty cool.

a bunch of shit went down. angus was doing some pretty dope tre's,
Noddy was getting krooked.

ollie and a bunch of the freo kids were wallying everything in sight. mini rinny has gone shuvit mad. busting em everywhere. he did some dope f/s shuvs on the qurter and the odd poppy over the pyramid

jez had a massive blonde mousetache that was getting in the way when picking his nose!!

. Frodo had snow camo leopard print grip and some gold shoes and was skating so fast around the park laying rediculous tricks on everything in his path. i gave my ankle a litle tweak had a sad until i started powersliding my way around the park and up the qurters to slash grinds! needless to say, at the end of the night i had massive flat spots and everyone else had to listen to the noise pollution!

Eugene Stewart skated around the parlk with the some effortless flick! Quayde Baker aka the Q trecked down from Whittfords to do the best tre flip ive ever seen!

its a rad indoor park with a fun euro and a skateshop in there aswell.

it was the shitest weather today! and rinny forced us to go skating!he wanted to show me his new invention....shifty one legged ollies.
(although he was callin shuv it front foot catch!)

this kid was flying out like it was going out of style. on top of the ever popular bennys, he was doing nollie laser heels out of the mini. where do they come up with this stuff???? needless to say he had em on lock.

and then the park was shut down , not by my 5-0's but by the always steezy LRG polo in the background.

JORDAN BOWRING

My son Jordan lives in Albany but he was in town last week so we got to hang out. it was an awesome day.

thats my boy.

i picked Jordan up in the morning and we headed to freo. we had some important bizznass to take care of.
we searched high and low to get the new Resident Evil nintendo wii game. lucky for us we found it !
and unlucky for all the zombies we destroyed !

thanks to my mini pizza oven lunch was severed !

on our way to shoot some hoops. Jordan isnt actually in a basketball team but he's pretty damn good at it.

after b-ball we checked out timezone freo and had some air hockey battles. Jord's kicked my arse.
there is also a new full sized mario kart game that we tried out.

on the way home we had to stop past macca's for some dinner.

good times.

VOLCOM SAUSAGE FINGERS part 2

well the day started off with a bunchh of rain so that sucked! it was also cold. but we had a mission, and it was to get to the volcom wild in the parks comp...
so we arrive, and its so bloody cold it was rediculous! but everyone got there skate on, it was actually quite fun. it was more like dodgem cars than skating and there were a few collisions. frodo was killing it. warmeing up with switch runs up and down the entire park including switch tails on the quarters.

banni was mc.

luke was one of the judges

i was chilling on the phone.

aids had the flu so i made him a custom water bottle.

the comp was about to start and frodo invented a new trick down the hubba. switch 5-0 pop up to switch manny, to sausage fingers dismount.... see photo below results if executed correctly....

fro showed banni...banni screamed for a camera, then screamed for a doctor and someone to call 911. as it turned out, who ever called the ambulance must of ordered one form america because it took a rediculously long time to arrive.
by this time noddy and angus both turned up. so we chillled with fro and waited...and waited...and eventually the ambo got here. angie went in the ambulance with fro and i was going to drive to the hospital aswell. after they took off. noddy realised that his car keys were with angus heading to royal perth hospital. so noddy came with me to the hospital.
this is us, after we arrived. i tried to take a picture with us all in there. it worked pretty well.

fro was handling the whole situation very well. and after the ambulance officers gave him the magic whistle he was high as a kite and realy having a good time. noddy on the other hand didnt seem to be coping with fro's new claw hand. so being the amazing person that he is, fro kept pointing and shaking the mangled claw at noddy.

after a while noddy calmed down.

i wish fro didnt have to hurt him self but all in all we ended up having a great time sitting in the emergency waiting room. we renamed it the fun room.
we spent from 12 till 5pm in there.
we talked about so much funny stuff, that we were getting insiane looks from the other patients and nurses. i think we brightened everyones day by being there. we pretty much had a picknick in there. we ate like kings. chips, dried fruit, chocolate, and some new water drink that has the life savers fruit tingle flavour. every sip you feel your teeth rot just that litle bit more.
and we watched lots of retared things on youtube thanks to my i-phone.

banni would be stoked, this guy in the back was wearing a unit cap.

when Fro had his dislocated fingers re-located he was even happier. and he started telling us about some dude in ther that had chopped alot of his hand of chopping up chicken's.

about to leave, just need to be told how to use the med's.

Rinny won the push ups comp

and then decided to try and fly home to hide his prizes.
but he has no wings so he just stood around flapping his arms for ages.

Flage is a legend and he won the best trick comp.
he got a giant cheque and thats Rad!

i was working in the shop today and it seemed like a much better idea to go skate in the car park next to the shop. there was a mad flat ground , curb and manual sesh going on.

i was dropping hamm's like they were going out of style.....no comply to tail.
( actualy i think they went out of style a while back?? fuck it, there back in the mix)

After that we took the bench from out the front of the shop. Cheer's mo's!

the day started off at woolies....

...maybe not, thats just a photo of a canvas Aidan made for my bday. its pretty much the dopest present you could ever want.

then i called a few crew and actualy went to woolies.

gza the genius was casualy lurking. this kid is chilled. i dont think he even know's how good he is.

Quayde showed us all how to point back smiths and do perfect kickies out of em.

my shoe choice of the month. vans av3's. check the switch f/s flip wear. i was flicking so hard the sole was wear was unbeleivable..

woolies is always good times. you never know who your going to see. the other BOWSER came down to kick it.

aids was thinking about what spot to go to to shoot a photo for the upcoming GMTA slam ad.

it was hard to leave woolies. banni was skeptical, but we eventualy left and went on a mish...and then some of us went back to the alway's fun freo park.

there were a couple of youngen's there skating up a storm....sorry guys, forgot your names. so it'll be *fred -doing a tre flip over the hip. and *hubert -with a pennyish kickie over the hip.

i tested my skills as a photographer and got noddy to skate up the side of things...

wallies are hard , but noddy has kangaroo legs so its almost like he's cheating cause of his natural evolution.

after that i went back to milking the impossible.
Aidan doesnt count the Impossible as a trick so I decided to invent a new one.
i call it the " double mellon grab tail grinderrrr !"

banni did alot of crazy shit over the hip, nollie biggie, nollie biggie heel, nollie backside flip, and noddy did some pretty large b/s flips and back 360's. i stuck to tweaking a few ollies here n there. not bad for broken cartilage in my chest.

then we tried to break world records and all do tre's over the yellow brick road at the same time...way to hard !!!
